July 19: Topic: "Marketing Tips for Criminal Backgrounds": If a criminal record is making your job search nearly impossible, marketing tips are needed to give the job seeker the best possible chance of being hired. Develop an understanding of employer expectations concerning criminal pasts and how to market yourself to help overcome this barrier to employment.
