An employer’s insurance company may refuse to bond a person because of a criminal record, credit risk, dishonorable military discharge or because of a history of illegal drug abuse. The bonding program is a free, easily accessible program to help removing the bonding barrier for eligible job seekers. For more information: www.bonds4jobs.com
