Ability Profiler Test
The Ability Profiler is a three hour skills and aptitude examination experience to help you learn what jobs you have the best abilities for. This is combined with Interest and Work Environment assessments to assist you in pursuing the most realistic and preferred jobs for you in our society.

Job Corp
The Job Corp Representative offers information on Job Corps for 16-24 year olds in need of education and/or vocational training. If you are under 18 years of age, you bring a parent with you. Persons interested must call 920-435-1543 or 1-800-230-5627 ext. 42 for information..
Job Club Workshop
Job Club is an interactive time to learn about a new job seeking topic and also to get specific answers for anyone seeking a new position or who is unhappy in their present one. Come to all or part of this two hour experience.

Sending out resumes by email or regular mail without a cover letter? Not getting the responses that you hope for when sending out resumes? Learn and practice ways to develop cover letters that will spark employer interest and increase your opportunities.
MONDAY, February 16th Topic: How Do You Look on Paper?:
Need or want a resume but need some help getting one completed? This workshop will cover the practical steps of putting a decent resume together. Develop a resume that will accurately promote you and your skill sets to employers..
MONDAY, February 23rd Topic: Healthy Eating for Job Seekers:
Eat well, feel great, while getting the most out of your available food money. Learn how to improve the quality of your life on any budget. U.W. Extension Staff will present practical ways to eat better and save money. What we eat effects us in so many different ways, including our job.
NEW Employment Initiative:
This weekly group assists anyone with a criminal record in finding and keeping a job. Topics include interviewing skills, resume writing, business math, customer service, and communication. The group begins at 3 pm and runs until 4 pm every Thursday.
Veteran's Workshop
The Veterans Workshop Information will be presented to veterans and those interested in these topics in a group setting. Issues include: general veteran services and programs available in Brown County, resources provided in the Brown County Job Center and job placement assistance to veterans via the Veterans Unit. Where do I go from here Workshop.
Whether you are recently downsized, unhappily working or someplace in between, this wrokshop is here to assist you. The workshop is led by a career counselor to help you to begin to work for a posititve future by empowering you to understand and how to best utilize your skills and abilities. Note: Job Seekers wishing to meet with the Career Counselor individually, must attend this workshop first!
