WHAT'S HAPPENING |
Federal and State regulations require employers to post a variety of posters related to hiring, benefits, discrimination and other issues in the workplace. These posters are available for free on several websites in PDF format. By following the links below, you can access the posters and print them for your business.
State of Wisconsin workplace employer posters:
Equal Rights Division staff have reviewed all division posters and all posters are current as of June 1, 2006. Any changes after June 1, 2006 will be listed on this page. Please download the appropriate posters for your company.

Federal employer workplace Posters:

The revised posters are the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) minimum wage poster and the related posters for State & Local Government Employees, Agricultural Employees, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands. The FLSA Minimum Wage Poster is also available in Chinese and Spanish. The poster describing Employee Rights for Workers with Disabilities/Special Minimum Wage has also been updated to reflect the federal minimum wage change.
