This centralized call center environment is designed to streamline job order entry, approval, and to help enhance employers' job orders. The Wisconsin JobNet Call Center Staff have been trained provide consistent, timely service to all of our business customers while maintaining a strong quality focus. Standard business hours for staffing the phone lines will be Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Phone calls received outside of these hours will go to voice mail. Employers are encouraged to sign up and use JobNet Business so that they have immediate access to input, change or delete their listing online while using a network that combines resources from all the state's Job Centers to help recruit job applicants. The business call center model will maximize our staff resources and provide consistent, timely service to you our business customers while maintaining a strong quality focus on providing the best possible service to you and the job seeking public.

Employers using Wisconsin JobNet are able to list their job openings on one of Wisconsin's single-largest source of job seekers. There are no fees or costs for using the system. In addition, job listings are uploaded to the JobCentral.com website providing additional sources to locate potential employees. JobCentral also offers employers the ability to upload their listings to JobCentral from the employer's website. There is NO CHARGE for employers to have job orders from their website indexed (uploaded electronically) to JobCentral. Job orders are then transferred nightly from JobCentral to JobNet. This is a tremendous improvement for employers who are not able to enter their job orders directly into JobNet due to workload issues.

Click the link labeled 'My company is not on the list, please index jobs from our corporate web site at no cost'. Fill out the information on the web form and click Submit. JobCentral estimates this process may take about 2 weeks to begin displaying your jobs. Once your jobs post to JobCentral, Wisconsin's JobNet and JobCenterofWisconsin.com will begin displaying them one day later

Including access to JobNet Business to post a job, ability to search for candidate profiles and find potential employees, information on unemployment insurance, new hire reporting and other work related resources.The Internet-based site is free to both employers and job seekers and is available 24-hours a day. Job seekers can explore job opportunities from their home computers or at Job Centers, libraries or any other places with public Internet access. The site has a user-friendly design with simple navigation.

JobNet

JobNet is a self-service system that job seekers can easily use to quickly find available job openings. JobNet fulfills millions of job seraches every yar from qualified job seekers over the Internet and, an easy-to-use touch-screen JobNet workstations are available at Wisconsin Job Centers throughout the state. JobNet provides employers with a very efficient and cost effective method of publicizing their employment needs. There is no charge and it allows up to a full-typed page of job-related information. The website address for Jobnet is http://www.jobnet.wisconsin.gov. Wisconsin's employers have found JobNet to be an important part of their answer to finding skilled and qualified employees. Employers can take advanage of JobNet by signing on to the JobNet Business system to enter their job orders into Jobnet and America's Job Bank website.

WorkSource Wisconsin
Work Source Wisconsin provides access to information regarding the employment of individuals with disabilities. It has effective and practical technical assistance and accessible, on-going supports for employers interested or successfully employing and accommodating people with disabilities.
